Yes! We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth consultations for hormone optimization, medical weight loss, dermatologic services and follow-up care. This allows us to serve patients throughout Oregon and beyond from the comfort of their homes or if you are traveling. Virtual consultations are perfect for initial consultations, follow-up appointments, and ongoing care.

We offer minimally invasive aesthetic treaments including neurotoxin (Botox/Dysport) and dermal filler injections (RHA /Restylane.) These treatments help diminish fine lines, enhance volume loss, and restore a youthful appearance with natural-looking results. As a national aesthetic injector trainer, Alyssa brings exceptional expertise to ensure safe, effective treatments with outstanding outcomes. We aim to achieve a natural appearance without looking fake or over- filled.

Our medical weight loss programs are supervised and tailored to your individual goals. We use evidence-based strategies including peptides, nutrition counseling, medication when appropriate, and lifestyle support. These programs are often combined with hormone optimization for comprehensive results, as balanced hormones play a crucial role in metabolism and weight management.

During your initial consultation, we'll conduct a comprehensive health assessment including your medical history, current symptoms, and wellness goals. We may recommend laboratory testing to evaluate your hormone levels and overall health status. Based on these findings, we'll create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Yes, we are currently accepting new patients for all of our services. We welcome both local Bend, Oregon patients and those seeking telehealth consultations from throughout Oregon and beyond. You can schedule your consultation using our online booking system or contact our office directly.

For a no-show or short notice cancellation (less than 24 hours) the patient will be responsible for 50% of the service charge. Weather related issues, emergencies, and sickness do not apply if discussed. Please do not come if you are sick. 

Precision Skin and Hormone is an “out of network” provider. This means that we do not have a relationship or bill insurance companies YET, but most insurance carriers DO offer “out of network” benefits.  If you have this coverage, they often reimburse 50-80%.  For example, if you pay our company $150 for a visit and your insurance reimburses 80%, then you will receive $120 back.  This is like a reverse co-pay of $30.  We provide superbills/receipts upon request each visit. We are in the process of becoming credentialed with a few select insurances and will notify our patients when we are accepting insurances. 

Notes on Medicare

Precision Skin and Hormone is not yet a Medicare provider. Unfortunately, Medicare has rules that limit us from seeing you for services that are covered by an in-network Medicare provider. If you are a Medicare beneficiary and would still like to request treatment, please call our clinic phone number and we can discuss further.

1. Verify your benefits with a call to your insurance provider (Please use “benefit checklist worksheet” as a guide.) see link

2. Complete therapy and pay for your session.

3. Receive a superbill / receipt from Precision Skin and Hormone

4. Submit for reimbursement on your insurance web portal, or you can call your insurance and request a “Member Claim Form” and mail or fax it in. You can submit one claim at a time or several at a time. 

5. Get paid:  Your insurance company will mail you directly and reimburse for the covered amount.

If you are going to submit a superbill to your insurance carrier to cover out of network benefits, sometimes they require a prescription. You should call and ask prior to your first visit.
